I just made it through my first 3 month supply and have been very happy with the product. I bought the product primarily for long term health benefits, but I am very happy to report there have been some very noticeable benefits as well. A few weeks after starting to take the product I started noticing that I didnt have the need to drink coffee nearly as often. I have long been trying to reduce my coffee intake and find a healthy way to improve my energy levels and this seems to do a great job. It is not a quick fix and does not provide an immediate pick-me-up like coffee, but over time it provides a consistently noticeable and healthy increase in overall energy levels. My Fiance also has a LOT of cancer in her family so I am hoping this will help be a good preventative measure for her.

I did some fairly extensive research on Resveratrol prior to ordering. Have been using this product for over six months. Have been on a workout regimen for over 5 years. My body mass index and body fat percentage were essentially "stuck" with little variation up or down, in spite of careful diet selection and approximately 4-5 days per week of working out: both cardio and resistance training.
First benefit I realized soon after beginning to take Resveratrol Juice Extreem was increased vitality. I regularly get 7 hours of sleep but needed a "power nap" after work. That's no longer necessary. My body fat has decreased from 18.8% to 15.8% during the 6 months I've used this product and my metabolic rate has increased as I consume calories more efficiently. I am 57. Prior to using this product I had a metabolic rate of a 40-year-old. Last week it was more like the metabolic rate of a 27-year-old. Both of these numbers have declined steadily over these past months. I use a Tanita body composition monitor, weekly, to chart progress/changes. I have always had a fairly good metabolic rate but middle age resulted in the beginning of a "spare tire". Fruits and vegetables, reasonable carbs, protein and healthy fats plus exercise were not enough. I am not a competitive athlete. Just want to stay in shape. I don't count calories. I was concerned about the body fat that was over 20%. Diet and exercise alone didn't seem to budge that number. The Resveratrol was the only change I've made over this time period. |

| This was my second order for this product. Very pleased. Great price when comparing to other brands. I do believe this helps with my energy level. I workout at a gym 4 days a week and if I forget to take one before I go I can definately tell a difference in my endurance levels. I am a 63 yr. old female and can keep up with those much younger. |

| I purchased this product a while ago and I noticed the I had more energy. I started an exercise program. I eventually stopped the exercise program but continued to notice the extra energy. To prove to myself that this really works I did not re-order when my supply ran out. It took a few months before I noticed that the additional energy that I had felt was gone. I re-ordered and the missing energy has returned. This really seems to work. There is the possibility that I'm deluding myself, but I actually feel better. That's all I can hope for. |

| Arrived right on time, I wasnt looking to loose weight with this product i wanted it for the other benefits but the first day i started taking it i noticed i wasnt hungry at all and when i ate i couldnt eat half as much since i need to loose weight this is great since all diet pills i have ever taken had no effect on my hunger. this is a great product at a great price if you dont beleve that just google resveratol and also look at the price and clubs you have to join, also take a look at the ingredients this has trans resveratol which is what you want. |

| I have been doing a lot of searching and have found this to be the best. My doctor says that resveratrol is the best antioxidant there is out there and that transreservatrol is the kind that gives the nice benefits that most people are looking for. |

| This product is priced reasonably well and is a really nice quality. Resveratrol is one of those nice gems that is still largely undiscovered. It has high antioxidant qualities that are even more important than the other qualites. I have researched this quite a bit and feel confident that I have a good handle on it. I take it every day and will continue. the human body gets exposed to cancer causing substances all the time and antioxidants help fight them. As far as helping to negate antiageing symtoms like the appearance skin and veins, there seems to be a lot of indications that is shows promise but vanity is not where my head is at. I like having the extra energy also. |

I have been using this product for a while. It is a LOT more potent then the other brands I have checked out. Many of them are 10% extract but this product is 50% Extract and is Trans Resveratrol so the desctiption is true; the one that is the most powerful anti oxidant.
My doctor says that this is the bets antioxidant I can buy. |

| My family line has some health issues, especially with circulation when we get older. My doctor recommended this brand and uses it too because he said it was 100?% pure transreservatrol which he says is the most effective type. He said that many brands are pure or dont even use transreservatrol. I havnt noticed a big difference in energy but my circulation has been greatly approved and some of my veins in my legs are less visable. I am not experiencing the numbness in my leg or elbow that I was previously getting on occasion. I figure it is an inexpensive investment on the road to better health. |

| I was taking this product in the morning before my coffee. It seems to be a powerful antioxidant. I started taking it after I saw 20/20 and read a lot of material on it. I notice that even when I was eating fatty foods, it didn't seem to effect me as much. When I was younger those foods didn't affect much then. So using this product for a long time could be very helpful along with exercise. Since the pills are so small, they are easy to take too. |

| My husband has had some health issues over the years. In my mind, I realized I thought about him as an old guy, even though he's only in his forties. I saw a report on tv about Reservatrol, and bought this pack here on Amazon. We can't believe how much better he feels now. It took about a month to see a real difference, but he isn't waking up tired, dragging himself home from work, and flopping on the couch anymore. His face is getting thinner, his shoulders look more muscled, and he is starting to look like when we first met. He used to have the vicious circle of not feeling well enough to exercise, and needing exercise to feel better. I won't say Resveratrol is a miracle worker, but it makes doing the things he needs to do a lot easier. I just ordered more! |

| I buy this product for my wife and I. She was cynical at first but I noticed the difference in circulation to my legs after about a week. She noticed that some of the spider veins in her legs had started fading. We are very excited about this product and plan to keep using it. I am not trying to look younger but any extra benefits that come in that direction arent so bad if they happen. I dont think any two people react the same way to any kind of nutritional supplement but what a small gamble to make for good health. |

| I love this product. It is cheap, shipps fast, and it has helped me a lot with my blood sugar issues as well as circulation when I wear boots or a wet suit. I have been trying to manage an even blood sugar level for more years than I can remember. My fitness instructure recommended this product to me. I have found that my mood swings have mostly gone away and my levels were normal during my last physical exam. I also have had a problem with my toes going numb sometimes when I wear boots or shoes that were a little tight but if I take the product every day, I dont have those issues most days. I will be back for more. |

| I recently read an article [...] which referred to the, " anti-obesity properties of resveratrol..." being confirmed for the first time in a primate (in this case a lemur). Since I've been struggling with weight for the last ten years (I'm now forty) and slowly loosing the battle I was on the lookout for anything that would give me an 'edge' and I decided to try this product. I bought the 3-pack and went through them in a month. At the end of this time I was stable in weight, which was a good sign because I have a tendency to indulge myself when I'm trying something new. I bought three more and I've now finished them and I'm now 5lbs down from where I was at the beginning of the experiment. I've noticed that I'm sweating more easily so I suspect that I'm benefiting from the thermagenic effects of an increased metabolism. I'm also noticing an increase in general energy and a sense of well-being. Overall I'm very happy and will continue to use this product regularly. I acknowledge that this could conceivably be a result of the placebo effect, but frankly at this point I'll take anything I can get! Give it a try for a month and see if you have any results, it's worth it to prove to yourself. I've priced it by the bottle at several chains and found it selling for $20 a bottle, so you're even saving money! |

| Transverseveratrol is the only kind of resveratrol that actually helps. I have tried 2 more popular brands that werent as good. I could really start to feel the effects of this product and my skin has not looked better, considering it is not taning season. It is very high in antioxidants for fighting cancer also. I will stick with this brand now and I use it every day. I have found that my lets having been getting less tired when I am walking now because it has helped me with my circulation. |

I had been reading for some time about the supposed benefits of reveratrol and trans-resveratrol. I bought this product based on it's price and positive (albeit questionable) reviews.
I will be taking this on a daily basis for a month or so, and will update this review with my progress. We'll see if my blood presure drops, or if I sleep better or lose weight. (I have been the same weight for years and years now - if this does anything, believe me I'll notice.)
To clarify some confusion: You get 3 bottles with 60 pills in each bottle. You need to take TWO (2) pills per serving. Each pill itself contains 50mg Resveratrol and of that, 25mg is trans-resveratrol.

| It seemed to work for me for a while... I used it for almost 3 months and started to notice some side effects. My mom also says she gets constipated whenever she takes it. Some of the symptoms that I developed are insomnia, wrist pain, itching skin on the legs, and they are getting worse. I discontinued it for a while and started again, and the side effects returned and were bothersome, so I stopped again! So far I haven't seen anyone reporting the side effects here. Am I the only one experiencing the side effects?? |

| This says 100mg PER SERVING, not per pill, you have to take more pills to get potency. Also, the other reviews seem obviously hyped. |
